|  Do you use code on the phone? So the question is whether or not you use code when talking about doing/buying drugs on the phone? Personally I know some people who openly talk about buying and selling drugs on the phone and dont hide it at all but I know some people who are very paranoid and never even mention code and just say theyll be over in a few minutes to talk. Personally I try to use a bit of code (ie pot=green, lsd=the lady > hey man is the lady around tonight?) and not openly say things but I dont get pissed if someone else doesnt. So what about you guys? Code or not?

| I see no reason to take chances. I try not to be blatantly obvious as to what I'm talking about. Anyone I would ever even discuss such things with are hip to my lingo, and I could ask about anything while sounding like I'm asking about nothing  Mild ESP develops between friends after hanging out for decades.

| I dont use code I just dont make it as obvious as I once did. I don't say drug names on the phone anymore. weed is basically just "some". "Hey u got some?" "I got some come on over." "Want some?" If I have to say more then that I just try not to talk at all about drugs to them "Hey u got some?" "...what, mushrooms or weed?"

| I do the same as most people here. I don't use code, but I don't really come out and say it. I can buy drugs on my cell phone in front of my parents without them knowing usually, though I probab;y couldn't do that if they were paying close attention to what I was saying. I just ask "are you straight right now?" but usually I don't even have to ask that because he usually starts off the conversation with "I'm straight" or "I'm actually not straight" (lol the whitest black guy ever). From there, all we need is a # (for how many grams) and a place.

| Ive always just made sure it isnt obvious. When I was young and there were conciquences for being caught, yes, I was like a spy on the phone  Usually using peoples names for each substance/drink we were discussing.Whats up? Nada You talk to Jane lastnight? naw but i ran into brandy and she is looking nice!.. |

| ^  Nah, I dont really use any 'code'. But my crew isn't blatant about it either. No biggie if you use something explicative, I doubt anyone is listening in to begin with but you can never be too safe. We'll ask something among the lines to indicate whatever we are buying is a person usually "Hey is your buddy around? Can we meet up with him?" "Yeah hes here, come on over"
