I find it weird that around here, i dont think ive ever heard anyone speak of quantity in grams. It is always either an 8th, 4th, Half, Oz, etc.


And i have no idea how much grams are to ounces.

1/8 of an ounce=3.5 grams
1/4 of an oucce=7 grams
1/2 of an ounce=14 grams
an ounce=28

None of those are exact, an 1/8 is actually 3.54.......and it's a repeating decimal. It's good to know grams so you make sure you're not getting ripped off.

well 7 grams is a 1/4 oz. you can get 1/4 oz here for 50-60, but i can get 1/2 oz for 75-85, the more you buy the cheaper it is. its good bud too. it all depends on where you live and how good it is.

$50 for 7 grams, in California? When I was in AZ I could get awsome deals. 7oz for $25 or less. Now as far as grade, I never really cared. (Man have I grown...) Currently we get a half for $60. I am happy, dumb, but happy!

100$, i don't spend any less then that really. i only buy the good **** now so that's why. it's more efficiant and gives a much cleaner high, trust me.

It all depends.

Schwagg costs about $25-30 a quarter, but I can get an ounce for $40.

Midgrade costs about $35 a quarter, but I can get an ounce for $60.

Hydro, Northern Lights, Chronic, Blueberry, KB, etc. costs about $75-100 and I dont get many deals on it.

I can get the best Hydro possible ($250 / qtr) for about $175 a qtr.

Kolgan I have never heard prices so high for a quarter as your last line.. so what strains are those then? I hope they are 100% sativa plants, they're my fav and rare cause they get so big no one has room for a 12-15 ft plant plus lights overtop, so you gotta grow outside, but they are mostly tropical or nearly tropical so you gotta live in a good climate too! If you're payin that much you gotta know some strain names of em, tip us off cause you might be super-connected and some of us would like to get off vicariously through you. I think that in America/Canada people who grow the *really* good weed smoke it all themselves, just like blonde hash. But some people live in this world..

Anyways 80 here for mid-mind blowin. And 60 for schwag-mid. But we ain't got no dirt weed or brick **** here either, the schwag ain't bad. And I have yet to know one strain name.

The really expensive weed happens when people think they can buy a large quantity from a certain world (in)famous motorcycle gang, and sell for 100 a quarter thinking the world (in)famous motorcycle gang brand name will get people excited. It's just good weed don't get excited, don't buy that **** in AB, go to a local boy cause it's just as good. Sorry for the rant but that is the only reason we'd have to pay 100 a quarter here, and it's not worth it, it's just the bikers making a ****load off a guy who doesn't know any better. Krypto Krystal-laden plastic chemical tasting hydro should still just be 80 for 7 grams. (Because the cost to grow and the risk are the same for any bud and decent bud is plentiful here)

Good Riddance

I usually get an 1/8th of namebrands for $50. Recently I had sweet Island skunk, which was an awesome sativa, hindu kush, great indica, although you don't want to do anything but sit there and stare at the wall, and I had some blueberry too, that was just some ****ed up weed. You'd be all stoned, not wanting to do anything, then you'd get an urge to get up, but you usually wouldnt. All of these weeds leaves you too stoned to do much after about 2-5 bong rips depending on which kind it is.
