I'd give a large portion to charity and some to NORML and other pro-pot organizations. Also a good amount to family and some close friends.
For myself I would get my own house, not a mansion, something average-sized.
Would get two cars, one classic car, probably a 50s bel-air, and one newer car, probably an aston martin or mercedes.
A savannah cat, they are one of the closest things to a wild animal that you can legally own.
A professional recording studio and a plethora of exotic instruments.
A 5-star chef to make me the best munchies in the world.
My own bouldering wall.
A top-grade growing room.
That would be heaven for me

I would buy my parents and little brother all new vehicles. And by myself a new car, but keep my old one!
Buy a lot beautiful bud, and a SHIT ton of mid grade herbs, along with a volcano vaporizer!
Travel, Travel Travel!!! All over Europe, Norway, Australia, Japan.
Buy and luxury RV and road trip around the US.
Pay for college, and then I would be able to go to a university with no worries!
Give some money to charity!
Buy an iphone!!
Buy some land in the mountains, build a vacation house!
Buy my band some recording time in an actual studio!
Live life with no worries what so ever!! hah That would be so sweet!!

First off I will give my parents a fair share since I owe them allot for what they did. Second I will put up some money that will help me make money. I would buy a few big home automation companies and then become allot bigger. Then I would really rich. But that is a dream.

10% to my parents
Another 10% split up amongst the rest of my family.
20% to charities
40% invested-
-10% high security, low yield investments (savings accounts, money markets, cds, what have you)
-20% medium risk, medium yield investments (bond mutual funds, index funds, etc.)
-10% high risk, high yield investments (emerging markets, foreign stocks, individual stocks, und so weiter)
10% "play" money-
Set aside enough to finish college
Definitely a car, preferably 2. If 2, one a BMW Z4 of some sort, the other a 4x4 or AWD of some sort, undecided of what. If only enough for one, only the 4x4 or AWD- I like winter, and a good car needs one or the other in snow.
A house. I wouldn't build, yet- I would wait for my life situation to become more defined before I built my dream house so I knew what exactly to build. Something more modest. And I'd furnish it.
Updated desktop and laptop computers.
Modern entertainment center, complete with current generation gaming systems decked out with games.
Expand my library.
Some sick glass.
Some awesome bud.
Fully stocked bar.
Update my gadgets.
Depending on how much I had left after analyzing how much this would leave me with, I would take my dream trip around the world, traveling only by foot, automobile, or boat- no flying. I would only do this if I figured out that I would have enough left after my investments to get all the other stuff I wanted with, with a buffer zone of extra cash, but I would do it before I buy most of the other stuff. No reason to buy a state of the art computer if I'm going to just spend a few years abroad- by the time I get back, it'll be way obsolete.

That's pretty much it in a nutshell.

If I was Oprah rich, I'd buy a dozen used BMW's, and then go up to random groups of people and scream, "SURPRISE!!! YOU GET A CAR! YOU GET A CAR....! YOU GET A CAR!!"

And give a large portion of the money to my family. Then travel the world for a year by picking random places to go to each month.

We have the Powerball here in NC and since they brought Florida into the game the odds were jacked up to 195 million to one.
