| Are any of you environmentalists? Are you ecologically conscious, interested in sustainable living, or do you think the whole "green movement" has been blown wildly out of proportion, and that it isn't nearly as bad as the scientists say it is? I'm really interested in recycling, composting, organic gardening, and green architecture like cob houses and greywater systems. I want to own a small organic farm in a few years and sell herbal products, specialty fruits/vegetables, goat cheese/milk, and free range eggs. Maybe even sell fruits and vegetables to chefs who want to use local organic foods in their menus. What about y'all?
