I'm sure a good number of you have seen pineapple express. You know how seths character gets so much smoke, how did he do that? Can youdo that with only joints or is it only movie effects?

well the weed in the movie is fake(duh), but im sure seth is a vet smoker and that was all him in the movie. as for "alot" of smoke, idk what ur def. of alot is. try on a gas mask one day and see if alot is still alot.

p.s. if u get that chance, watch the commentary for pineapple express, very funny.

The smoke he smokes in the movie doesnt burn his throat or anything so he is able to suck it as much as a person can with normal oxygen.

Ok so it's obviously not real pot. But that was real smoke? So remember when he's at his dealers apartment getting the pineapple express, he tries the cross joint remember how he had a mini but very condenced cloud of smoke? How the hell does he do that? Or does it all come with experiance? Because i've been lighting up and i'm still getting used to pipe smoke.

in that seen he seems to have just sucked the smoke into his mouth, then slowly he lets it start to excape, and he then quickly inhales the smoke to his lungs. looks cool i know

Well, I do it in real life, not as much quantity, but I can do it. I've even managed it with tobacco, only once though.

i do this all the time...its a matter of hitting it with out actually inhaling thte whole hit, u keep as much in ur mouth as u can and it stays thick and white and from there u just do ur tricks....french inhales are automatic, i can gohst, but O's r still a no for me haha i have a buddy that can blow a large O and shot little ooooo's threw it haha

p.s. best way to learn a new trick is to do it in a mirror

ya man i can do what seth's character does in the movie...but it takes time and practice. i remember seein one of my friends do it and i wanted to do it, too. 1-2 yrs i would practice durin sessions with friends and i would get yelled at and questioned why i was lettin so much smoke out. finally, one day my friends finally saw what i was tryin to do and said it looked awesome haha. i do it often now and sometimes do it and i dont realize it. i can do it while smokin cigars too. now my friends ask me how i do it and idk how to, it is hard to explain. i also can do smoke rings or O's and ghost but really havent messed around with the french inhale

Thats called a ghost hit. Its really only doable with a joint or hookah. You suck the smoke by expanding your cheeks not by sucking with your lungs. Then, you open your mouth and let the "fatty cloud" out. Then, you suck with your lungs and try to inhale the cloud you just released. It's hard and has to be done inside for sure.
