It's definitely an interesting concept, but I don't think anyone would be renting paraphernalia for safety reasons.

man that would be epic. you could have a selection of the shops from amsterdam in there, selling pre-rolls and lots of pieces accessories just like they do at home.

but i doubt border patrol boats would be very happy to see it coming towards their shores.

Cruise ships follow the rules of the country they depart from I'm pretty sure. Depart from Holland and you will have no problem.

However, the only trouble you will run into is most potheads will not have enough money (stereotypical, but true) for your cruise ship most likely, and I don't think a large enough percentage of people would want to take a trip on your cannabis filled ship.

Just don't place the cruising line in the States cuz it'll have to follow U.S. rules and standards. There's a lot of cruising line that place themselves in the south(Bahamas, Pnama...etc.) Cuz rules are less strict and you get off easy for accident(murder, rape, serious injury/death...) when somebody sues you. lol I know about cruising lines.

I forgot to add it was going to leave amsterdam and go to jamaica and stay in international waters while small pilot boats come pick the people up so theres no law trouble. Maybe sell some shrooms/ other naturals...? Hell yeah...

And paraphernilia rentals could be safe, as long as they are all glass and are cleaned with bleach or alcohol, and boiling water kinda like a giant dishwasher...

Possibly an onboard grow / hash oil/ hash operation...?

If I had lots of money I would invest in it with you. But we'd have to make the lounges super sweet. There was one cafe in Amsterdam that I absolutely loved it was called Route 66 (like get your kicks on route 66) and they had these lounger/chair/bed things that four people could rest their backs on like a couch but the seats were long enough to stretch your legs out and there was plasma's from every view playing Up In Smoke. Epic.

Well the only problem with SELLING paraphernilia would be that when they depart from the cruise liner they're going to want to keep it, and that would probably be illegal....

It would only be illegal if it still had resin or any remnants of illegal drugs (in whichever country they bring it back to). There could be a professional bong/pipe cleaning service as you leave the boat to go home. Just soak it all in an autoclave full of isopropanol for an hour, give it a rinse and a dry and you're good to go.
