|  lower my tolerance i have started to notice that when i smoke it takes alot more now to get high. i have been smoking everyday now for over a year now. how long would it take to lower my tolerance i really want to go back to the old days of hitting a bowl and being really high for hours.

| I'd go with two weeks as well. You can lose a little more tolerance by holding out longer, but I don't think that it's worth it.

| Ya I recently started moderating as well. I use to smoke multiple times a day then I realized it was costly and my tolerance was getting ridiculous, so I stopped for 5 days then smoked a bong pack of KB and got stoned off my mind. It was great ;]] just like old times. Id say stopping for 5-7 days is enough to kill your tolerance, but if two weeks is what you want go for it. Good luck man. |

| i have started to feel depressed the last few days i was wondering if its because i have not smoked for a few days, i am just wondering because i have never really felt depressed for a long period of time. is it because my body is just use to smoking because i have liked smoked multiple times a day for a year then just stopped. |
