| I got locked up last November for missing 2 drug tests and then failing the one in court. Since I’ve been out I haven't went to a single drug test or meeting with my PO, and I got a letter in the mail saying that if I don’t go to see my PO on the 5th, ill have an immediate show cause. I have been smoking heavily for the past 9 years, and I’m only 19, I have been having a lot of problems at my house and I'm going back to school again after dropping out, when I'm not in school, I'm helping take care of my 89 year-old great grandma who has dementia, which gets extremely stressful and tiring, and without weed I couldn't do both, I'm trying to do right but I can't stop smoking weed, do you think if I explained this to my probation officer he might cut me a break and give me a while to get clean instead of violating me? |
