ive been smoking almost every night for like a month and am just coming down because ive run out of green, I have experienced an increase in insomnia and depression since i ran out, is this normal?
its either that or the fact im lowering my antidepressant dosage, or it could be both.

what do y'all think

I'd agree it could be a combination of both. I had a friend who quit smoking weed and could not sleep for more than a couple hours for a quite a while. But...I have been on antidepressants before and weening off them or lowering the dosage could definitely cause this.

If I haven't smoked for a few days, I get exceedingly sleepy and lethargic.
Pot has a stimulant effect on me. Just a little Sativa before most people's bedtime and I'm bouncing off the walls like I've just gulped down several double Espressos. Sleep? Fughettaboutit!
I'm also taking anti-depressants, so there may be a correlation.

that should be normal,idk if the anti depressants are effecting it though,cause i don't take them.i usually smoke at least 1 time a day,and if i don't have any for a few days,i usually 1.can't sleep very well,2.have a decreased appitite;i can be hungry but not want to eat anything.and 3.i get kinda cranky...so it sounds pretty normal to me.it sucks that it happens but it does,nothing you can really do about it i don't think

I definitely got insomnia when I stopped for awhile, not really so much depression though.
