| A mod can delete this thread if it has been discussed on this topic---no problemo---but the question I have is that has the potency of pot increased measurably since 1960 to now? Some of the old video for ex. at woodstock shows ppl smoking very skinny joints--these days we smoke fat blunts packed to the hilt with pot. Is this b/c we need more pot to get high or is merely a cultural thing wherein a blunt is more "noveau" than a skinny joint. Also, breeding methods have improved immensely since 1970's. Anyone know for certain of the potency of pot has increased since 1960? I saw some websites but the data were equivocal--some say 2% THC to 8% THC. Anyone know for sure? Cite some %THC values if so.
