Me and a friend bought two dimes from this guy at our school. He refused to joint it up for us, and told us to just roll it up in a receipt and light that (we're not old enough to buy papers). When he gave it to us, he said he combined both our dimes into one bag and that he already took out the seeds and stems. So we get out in my woods, and made several attempts. The damn thing just would not stay lit. Other than a couple good hits, I was toking on a receipt. Nothing happened.

Sooooooo: how can I tell if this was weed or not? Did this guy rip us off? We're pretty easy targets- young, girls, and first-timers. And for God's sake, how do you roll a joint?

First thing. Two dime bags should give you TWO joints. Good sized ones. But w/e its not that big of a loss.

I'm pretty sure you can get rolling papers. Not that hard. You can simply walk into any store, if they ID you, go to another. :idk: im from vancouver, I can get rolling papers simply by gettin them at any gas station. Also maybe asking around to get an 18 year old to buy it for you might work

Recipts should work... even if they smoke a little bit too fast

Also explain HOW you lit that thing. You have to light it and pull (inhale)for it to light properly.

Okay Im no doctor but I don't think it's a good idea to smoke receits. And ya 2G's should be more then one joint, did you break the weed up very much? If dealers are givin you trouble see if a more seasoned/older friend could pick up for you until you makes some better connection

I agree, not too good Id imagine to be smoking receipts. Something liked lined paper would be better (even then, dont use it regularly), if acquiring papers is too hard.

As for it not staying lit, it depends on the receipt material. If it is thermal paper, thats probably why. Its like a waxy paper which uses heat to imprint lettering and such. If you hold a flame to it, it will just turn black and not do a whole lot more.

My advice, ditch the joint idea and get yourself a proper bong. If you can't afford that, use a bottle bong, coke can or an apple. Anything is less wasteful than trying to smoke a joint with paper not designed for that purpose.

A dime is two BLUNTS not one joint, probably 4 joints.
A gram fits perfectly into a swisher, unless you're using wraps.
If you don't want to make a bong, pipe, etc. and you can't buy papers. The best thing to do is steal a cigarette from your parents or bum one of someone from the streets, people never refuse if they're smoking one.
Then you put it between your index fingers and gently roll it back and forth and the tobacco will fall out.
When the tobacco is completely out of the cigarette, start packing the weed in there, it's best to make it into a fine powder if its reggies.
then when its full pack it down and fill it up some more, when it's completely packed, twist the end a little, and rip off the filter, it should come off perfectly. Then light the twisted end and enjoy.
