How Illegal Would This Be?

SWIM was just wondering how illegal the following would be: enter coffeeshop with an ID that adds a few extra years to my age. Buying some decent stuff, asking for it in a bag so i can take it home. Take it across the dutch boarder into germany, and onto a military base.

SWIM says that it's likely to happen either way but would be much obliged if he could get some advice, he has never been stopped or searched before.

It's extremely god-damned illegal. Stupid question. Fake ID, smuggling drugs.

But hey, I'm not saying don't do it if you really want to. Just a stupid question.

Yeah re-reading this a little more sober (off topic liquid) it does ring totally messed up and stupid. Glad no action was taken :P
