so ive been smoking about twice everyday for the last 4 months and now my lungs start aching after i smoke and i can only hold a hit for about 5 seconds until my lungs start hurtin a bit. and i dont smoke tobacco much anymore nowadays i just have an occasional hit of a black when a friend has one. but i think this is kind of strange because my friend will, who smokes cigs regularly and smokes weed about 4 times a day, says his lungs dont ache after he smokes.

so any answers?

That happened to me 3 weeks ago for about 4 days after smoking 2 ounces in 2 weeks. Hardcore stuff.

Just chill out and dn't smoke much for 3-4 days (hard I know) and you'll be great.

I bet you just have sensitive lungs. Cut your weed intake just a bit, maybe just a couple times a week for a bit, and then you can start working yourself to a point you're comfortable with. Also, just a little known fact, all of the THC in weed is released into your body in the first 3-5 seconds of inhalation, so it's not necessary to hold it very long.

Get a vape if you can man. They are a good piece of kit and easy on the lungs.
