Well when it's hot and i've been sitting for a while and I stand up fast I usually get a mild head rush. I get kinda dizzy and can't think very clearly. When i'm stoned it's 100x crazier. I often lose my balance and fall on the ground I can't think at all. It's kinda hard to explain but it has a really crazy effect on my mind. It usually lasts for about 10-20 seconds. I don't mind it that much because it's really cool. But i'm just wondering if any of you have ever had the same thing happen to you. Thanks.

Sounds like usually you just get heat exhaustion and when you're high it gives you a mind trip. Drink more water, that should help, especially when it's hot.

It means you have high blood pressure...you need to rise gradually when you are standing up..

Actually, it means just the opposite. It's called postural orthostatic hypotension. Standing up suddenly drastically reduces your blood pressure for a few seconds, reducing blood flow to the brain.

Being warm and getting high both reduce blood pressure as well, which intensifies the effect.

I get this same feeling so many times. The times that it happens when im sober isn't that bad, but when im high it's awful, feels like im going to pass out or something.

happened to me yesterday, i got up from layin down and i almost collapsed on the floor and all around my sight turned black, it was kinda cool but really weird.

Dude i know exactly what you mean, whenever I get up after laying down for a period of time, I see blotches of color in my eyes and get dizzy, i sorta like it but then my head hurts after.

I get very lightheaded when standing up too (sometimes). I almost fell down once... I was temporariy blind and I felt myself falling but I managed to grab onto something until it passed. I find if you stand up slowly (especially after long periods of rest), and breathe deeply if you feel the headrush starting, it'll help.

Yeah it's the exact same with me. I mean I kinda like it, it's kinda addicting to do. I fall all the time because I totally forget about it and I stand up super fast. Oh and if you sit down while taking a hot shower for like 10 minutes or more and stand up really quick it's even crazier.
