Default How do i bring back the love of marijuana

it seemed like when i was younger getting high was a really cool experiance like laughing and good times but lately when i burn one i start to get like anxiety and hella paranoid. has this happend to anybody else? how can i bring the good feeling back?

where do you feel good? if you had to chose a place to go (not just to smoke), where weed is tolerable, where would you go? go there & smoke. release your stressful thoughts or thoughts in general then smoke. turn on some of your favorite music then just chill. when you're done smoking, do whatever your favorite past time is... whether is be watching tv or knitting.

Paranoia will go down over time, you just have to learn to control it.

90% of the time when I smoke now I get anxiety attacks. I have yet to find a way to get rid of them, although the attacks wear off within 20minutes or less. I try to make sure I am not alone while smoking, I also make sure I talk instead of just thinking in my head. When I get the attacks I also like to change my scenario and go do something else. I know what you mean by how fun weed was before and every now and again I get those anxiety attacks that just kill the fun. Just try to find some activity that keeps you actively participating, like for me it's video games. I get an attack, I go online and play with my friends which always makes the attacks wear off sooner than later.

if you are a frequent smoker then you should cut your usage in half. if you really wanna bring the feeling back. stop for 2 weeks. then smoke half or a quarter of your old usage. if you feel really ballsy, quit for a month. get it completely out of your system. save your money, then start over.

or...

you can start getting cheaper bud after you take a break. that way you can get high at a lower level.

Since you're getting paranoid and such, I suggest you do it in your or your friends house where everything is nice a chill. Also, depending on your age, give yourself a couple hours of time that nothing will happen but you smoking so you don't have to worry about going anywhere. Good luck

you could try doing the following..

1) Give it about a 2 week break.
2) Smoke with friends.
3) Listen to good music according to your taste.
4) Dont smoke when you have fear in the mind.. what i mean to say is that sometimes when !'m smokin in the open then am very scared sometimes of getting caught.. so the key is to relax.
5) Dont do shit weed! (not saying that you do!)
