hrm, if I was actually dying I would probably just say something stupid like "cremation, big funeral" but given that I have time to think of something I would say:
"life is fun, make sure you enjoy it"
or would that be, life *was* fun. Not a nice thought. meh, i'd probably be mass haemmoraging (sp?) anyway. Again, not a nice thought.

You know how some people say, something positive always will come out of a negative (or something bad). Does that apply to death? I mean, what good can happen?

1) Call close family, tell them to chill the **** out, I'll see em all once they kick the bucket, so be patient or I'll haunt you!
2) Request to be fertilizer once i leave the ole body or, if i'm rich, put in my will that my children will get my Million$ only if they have my body stuffed and on display in the foyer of their mansion. They lose the money if they ever take my body down.

If i was to die right now i would honestly be silent, i would be thinking way too much to even want to speak. But if i had to have one quote to go out with i would simply say "sucks".

However if someone was killing me i would stare at them for every last second of my existence,and try to get them psychologically
