| If that works for you, more power too you........but it surely will not affect everyone that way.......there is no way i would ever work out while high.....it would not be intense, it would be horrible...I do not even like to do the laundry when i smoke.....i get al my stuff out of the way, sit back with some people and relax.....I never feel like doing anything except bullsh****** around with some friends..... |

| In my case muscle fatigue = pain. There are a lot of different types of pain imo. It's no long-lasting, it goes away as soon as I stop and rest. But it's still painful. ![]() |

| I agree with all that was said about a serious workout. IMHO, it would be too dangerous. That being said, I do love to toke up, go out to the pool and lift some dumbells, just to get the blood flowing. Just a few reps with the sun shining down, getting my muscles tight, blood pressure up a bit, copping a tan, then diving into the water and swimming a few laps, jumping out and lying down on a chaise lounge. IMO, it's one of the best ways to enjoy a high. And if a lady is over, well... V, FITS | |

| I work out usually about 2 hours a day (usually in the evening after I've been doing physical work all day.) I do things like fast-paced jogging (great long distance runner,) weights (I do many different kinds of exercises with them, to work different areas,) situps, pushups, and some special pushups that a friend showed me. It works so well for your chest! ...and arms of course. My body is quite strong, that's for sure. ![]() Whoo. ![]() Peace. Listening to Cypress Hill right now. | i sure as hell cant workout when im high, if i want an intense work out i go workout with my friend who is a 6'7" 285 pound lineman on the highschool team, benchs 270, so i figure if i can even keep going as long as him i wont be able to move the next day |

| About and hour ago I ripped a bong a few times and went in my room with a 20 lb weight (dumbell) and did 4x8 sets for and hour of arm workout. tommorow im doing the same thing but with leg work outs and running. It makes u not fill the burn, but u know ur still gainign muscle, just no punishment. |
