I just smoke on my porch, my house/yard is surrounded by a swamp and if I stay on my porch nobody can see me, plus there are usually hawks, ducks, and other interesting animals running around so its always cool.

So out in suburbia its hard to find a spot to toke. It’s either wall-to-wall houses or parks full of people. You cant toke in the backyard, other ppl will call the cops, can't smoke at the park the parents will call the cops. You can't even smoke at the park after dark, we have so many cops they check the parks for people every hour or so/ have speed traps there all night. living in Minnesota we are kinda nuts and in the winter spend 15mins to put snow stuff on to go have a toke in the snow

We have adapted and found "secret spots" where nobody goes. We have 2 big spots.

"The happy hut"
Our first spot is an old bird watching hut (we think) it sits out over a lake and has a roof and a little ledge perfect to roll on. Its way off in the wood at a park and a pain to get to cuz its a 1 mile walk round trip. This spot is covered with graffiti of poems about weed to names in hearts with a big pot leaf and in big letters "the happy hut"

"Base camp"
This is a few couches out in the woods. My friend lives in the apartments down the street. they have a bunch of balconies in the front and back but on the side of the building there isn't even a window. There are these big dumpsters that block the view of the parking lot. people are always tossing crouches out in the spring cuz there moving so we toss our couches in the dumpster in the winter after the first big snow or 2 and get new ones in the spring.

The other spot we use takes hours of planning and work each year every winter we build a snow cave and hotbox it for 8 months. it starts off white and so small all there is barely room for is a huddled circle and a pipe, but by the end of the winter its smoke stained and about big enough to stand in, and has 6 or 7 chairs and couches carved into the walls. This is a bad idea cause cave-ins happen and you hit your heads a lot if you’re from out of town. We have been playing in the caves for years even before we smoked.

I thought this would be a cool topic and we could all share our favorite spots.

I normally smoke in my living room on my couch in front of the TV.

When I lived in Colorado my best friend and I used to "hike" (we drove to a lookout point and walked about 1/4 mile) to this ledge that would look both deeper into the canyon and out into the city. I am normally afraid of heights but when we'd sit there and smoke I would just get fascinated with it all. I would guess that the dropoff was about 600-800 ft.

Backyard on my big lay-down chair with foot rest. My neighbours must smell it but backyards in my area are pretty big and spread out. Nobody has called the cops on me yet

Dude that's fuckin awesome! I usually smoke at someones house or in my car, but sometimes when i need a spot to smoke I go to "The Swing". Its this spot in a wooded area next to a large creek/river with a badass rope swing over the water. You can toke up there and then go swinging into the water. But some asswipe took the rope swing down

theres an underconstruction golf course through the woods and up a hill behind my house and nobodys ever there. Theres too many sweet spots to count. An old winnebago in the woods near a delapidated barn i own. a ring of couches in a ravine behind some stores. My whole area is woods and rock ledges so the outdoors are allways available. My friend has a tree house. porches. A graf.ed up party cottage that my friend owns. bedrooms.
Anywhere that weed is plentiful and the times are good
