Hey guys, its good to be back, I had to go through some rehab bullshit and decided it was best not to post or to read the forums at all as i was trying not to smoke or even think about it. But heres what happened....

I went to this store in the mall and decided to buy a new bong that I saw, It was a nice little peice, prolly about a foot tall. It had an ice pinch, a shotgun, a slide, and a nice grip. I only paid forty dollars for it and i was pretty happy, so happy i decided to go buy an ounce and smoke the whole thing with my buddy out of this new bong, So thats exactly what we did, we packed like 40+ bowls and just smoke all night. The next day we had a shitload of weed left so we rolled up a nice strawberry godfather blunt and smoked like an inch of it, so then Michael (my best friend) grabs my bong and pulls the slide out, and shoves the blunt in the glass tube the slide goes into. So were hittin away at this blunt/bong. (this is the reason i liked the shotgun on the bong!). We were duly fried at the end and i went to dump out the bong and the bottom just fell out! I was pissed, the bong was tight but o well. Guess i gotta get a new one. So my new one will be at least a $250.00 glass peice from a local headshop and not the mall. I am definately going to buy a bong that includes the following features. A Slide, ice pinches, trippy colors, a shotgun(if Available), a diffuser, and a prebubbler.

All bongs have a slide ( unless you have one of those weird ass carbed ones that arent worth jack IMO ).

When I said slide I meant a slide that You are actually supposed to slide out, More accrylic bongs and ceramic bongs have slides that can be removed but arent supposed to be for just anything, thats why they feature shotguns, and some just dont have any shotgun or slide and are just straight hitters, those are the ones that aren't worth shit IMO.

Ill say it again, all bongs have a slide that MUST be removed for it to be used properly as a bong.

Ive only see ONE bong that uses a bowl with a carb ( and that was here on this board ) as far as im concerned that isnt a bong.

omfg, how is a bong "not a bong" just because it has a carb? thats the morst rediculous thing to say. it is STILL a bong! and if u don't like the card tape it over with electrical tape and only use the slide. FUCK

;p Sounds like a bong to me. Taking the slider out it like removing your thumb from the carb. It's just another method of clearing the tube.





I hate carbs as well, but its still a bong. I <3 Glass on Glass (fuck slider bullshit), tree percs, single percs, ice pinches, and straight tubes

durability, bubble volume, and stability. im never buying a glass bong again. acrylic bongs are so much more durable, easier to clean, cheaper, and get u just as high. it kinda annoys me how people put so much value in how cool their bong looks. a bong is a tool not a decoration! a large bubble to fit lots of ice and water in is also a plus. a wide base is nice as well so its harder to knock over since nobody likes spilled bong water.
