How far away can you smell the smoke?

How far does the smell travel? Depending on the strength and direction of the wind, of course!

How far away from my dad should I set my tent up so he doesn't smell me smoking out? How far should I walk from the campsite to smoke out during the day?

When you're in a concert and you smell some smoke, how far away was it?

Walking around the 'hood at night, you smell some, can you tell which house it is coming from?

Ever smell it while following another car on the highway?

If it's inside the house, does the smell permeate the whole house, or just a few rooms? When you blow out the window, does the cloud go into your neighbor's window

Well I know from personal experience, it can travel further than you might think. I was out back blazing a bowl with a buddy and another friend was coming over, he said he could smell it from the side of the house. It was probably 15-20 feet from where we were standing to the side of the house. Hard to say how far away you can smell it.

Ya I've smelled it when I was following behind cars before. The other day I pulled up to my friend's house and said, "It smells like bud." Later I find out there were people smoking BEHIND his house. so the smell travelled all the way from his backyard to the street.
