|  Trimming the Hedges How do you combat the mat? Do you shave, wax or just keep it au naturale? Shaving is usually my method of choice, but damn does my skin get irritated. I'm never sure what to put on it to soothe it, either. I mean...scented lotion on my girly parts? That sounds like an allergic reaction waiting to happen. Today I went with a little vaseline. Seriously, what the fuck else should I use? Vaseline (or, petroleum jelly, if you will) is used on babies for diaper rash, so I figured it'd be somewhat safe-ish. I just slathered some on and put on a clean pair of undies. It actually felt kinda good.
