|  Stoned pondering If you are in a headshop with a "you break it, you buy it" policy, and they wont sell glass pieces to anyone under 18, yet they let you see and hold the products if you were underage. Now what would happen if say someone under 18 happened to chip or minorly break the piece that they were looking at?  Sorry if that made no sense, bong rips are being very friendly to me right now.  |
