|  Disgusted Well not really sure how polls here work honestly but the question is straight foreward. I just want to know other peoples opinions. It seems like over half the topics on this board involve evading someone or something else. Does anyone else feel disgusted that as an adult american they need to hide their lives from the prying eyes of others lest they fear persecution? This sickens me, just wanted to know what everyone else thought. |

| That question is somewhat two sided...because while half of the posts may be about evasion, I doubt they are all posted by adults. Yes, I do think it sucks that as an adult I have to hide my MJ use from some people, especially employers, or potential employers who drug test, simply because the government deems it as wrong. |

| I agree that most of the posts made in this forum are not made by adults. There are scant few of us, I'm discovering. But yeah, I think it's pretty pathetic that I can go out and buy a car full of hard spirits and shout to all and sundry that I'm going to go home and drink myself into a stupor, but I have to hide the fact that I toke every week or so. I've never understood how the government can control what we put into our own bodies... |

| I just try to deal with reality as it comes and have the most fun I can. I used to get upset, but I finally figured out that it served no purpose other than to make me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, governments go beyond their charters and try to micromanage citizens' lives. This has always been the case. All governments have their strengths and weaknesses. Ours is particularly stupid about marijuana, but not bad in many other areas.

| I consider myself to be a pretty private person. I don't constantly "evade" people, because I don't put my life out there to be picked apart  You only have to hide your actions if people have reason to be suspicious. If you keep your head down amd stay out of the limelight, one doesn't really have to hide from anything.
