if they can control people from smokin in public places(and its legal)what makes u think theyll let us smoke pot in public places when its not even legal?!?!?!

Yes. I think smoking pot should be made compulsory. When I was in college we had mandatory tokedowns at 9 PM and 11 PM. I think it made better men and women of us.


Before we start the experiment we have to figure out how to quantify how high someone is. It's so subjective that I don't know if it's possible. They've quantified how hot peppers are (Scoville units) but that's a function of the concentration of a capsicum oil. To do the same thing with pot you'd have to measure the concentration of cannabinoids in the blood or in the breathe. That still doesn't measure how high the person is because people's reaction to the same concentration can be wildly different.

How to measure. Got any ideas? Some sort of measure of impairment? Cognition tests? Manual dexterity? Improved tactile sensitivity? Auditory sensitivity? Visual acuity? I think we need to apply for a grant.
