I was more than happy to contribute to the cause.

PM 'ed Rick and was told he was very busy and to use paypal and he would give details later.

Never received those details and started to wonder why he would even consider PP, but wanted to contribute nonetheless.

Still don't have a clue.

Cool get it out there

i like to walk down the sidewalk, smoking a joint, and when i pass by people i make sure to take a big hit and blow it their way. i've never had someone complain or give me a dirty look. maybe its because the joints i roll look like cigarettes.

You must be joking...Sheesh! You're suggesting giving time and money to a cause that will help sick and dying people? PLEASE READ THIS if you care about sick and dying people
or try THIS
or just look up Medical Marijuana + AIDS on Dogpile.

Spending time and/or money as a marijuana reform activist is useful in various ways. Dedicating your time or money to this cause can and does benefit sick and dying people, wrongfully incarcerated people as well as regular joe-schmoes who simply want the liberty due them.

Thank you for taking the time to come here and read, please continue to educate yourself about this cause. If you live in reality, plain old REALITY then you'll be on our side in no time. The reality is that the US and other countries have and continue to waste billions of dollars and hours fighting an already lost War and people, Sick and Dying People, are suffering needlessly suffering all the while. Really, Realistically, how many wasteful wars do we need at one time?

peace

I thought we were fighting for relief for AIDS patients. BTW, laws against marijuana destroys lives too. Just ask anyone who is in jail even though they never harmed anyone, or anyones stuff if their lives aren't destroyed because they got caught with a plant.

Give me more examples of better things that I could do with my time? I'm curious how you fill your days in the service to others?

People who make disrespectful comments about how another spends their time needs must ponder that log in their eye for a moment... Sheesh...

Let me be me, and you be you!!! --KMK

Hank: I had the same problem giving money to Rick. heh, Rick defines busy. I hardly ever talk to the guy and when I do he's, you guessed it, busy...

Best thing to do is either give to MPP, NORML, etc... Or, Keep pestering Rick about it, he gets around to everything eventually. He is a stoner afterall...

Memory just limits ones ability to properly experience the moment. --Logos (circa the now point)

Zodiac: Please don't do that. Gives us all a bad rep, and our bad rep is what keeps us in the closet...

Please toke responsibly...

To the rest of you who have given no matter how little, apparently you do more than the majority out there, and all I can say is that if one person gives a dollar, they have a dollar to work with, if one million people give one dollar, you get the idea...

I'm poor so I give as liberally as I can of my time. Spoke at a local march for cannabis liberation rally today. Had a blast, and shared most ecxellent vibes with a lot of really great stoners. I do what I do here at Marijuana.com, which lately isn't much, and I work with a local group who is working to get medical marijauna more accessable to local patients.

I hope to cultivate a relationship with the people of http://www.cannabishealth.com/ and will continue to work with this local group ( http://www.SpoCannabis.org ) to enlighten the people of this area to marijuana's healing side. I'll also put in my time here as best as I can.

While my monetary donations, 420 to Rick, 420 to Jeff and Tracy, and various NORML memberships, I can't begin to estimate how many hours I have donated to this cause in the last 4 years that I have been highly active.

Don't cut yourself short, every little bit counts! I only donate $5 a month (to MPP too) cause I'm a college student and food, rent, books eat up most of my $.

The nice thing about donating is if everyone donates a little the impact is big. We just need to convince the large amount of people who donate nothing that even a tiny monthly donation makes a big difference!

Well Other Things,
The 15 to 3o hours a week I donate to the cause is in the form of teaching docs and neuros, along with their patients, the proper methods of ingestion, dosing guidelines, med interaction safety, safe growing (no pesticides, reduced metals in nutes, etc), and pointing the med professionals to scientific studies and clinical tests.

MMJ is legal in my state, but docs are clueless. They don't know what we know or how to find it. It is irresponsible of them to recommend MJ if they can't tell a patient the things that I teach them.

I primarily work with oncologiststs and their patients, my wife died of cancer and the patients and oncologists are the most receptive to trying MMJ. I do currently have one neurologist I work with (ms specialty) and a couple of MS patients, and a few hep-c patients and their docs. Oddly, I have never been approached by and AIDS patient or their doc for info, but then again, while we certainly have too many cases of AIDS in Maine, its not like in other areas.

The funny thing is that I don't approach these docs, they get referred to me from other docs I've worked with. That tells me that more docs would be interested if there were an easy way for them to access and find the info that we have all found.

So I guess, Other Things, that pretty much shoots your opinion in the foot.

MM
