Okay guys, sometimes the truth might hurt, but we gotta learn how to take it, Marijuana IS NOT harmless, it's FAR from harmless. There have been tests and researches etc proving that Marijuana is NOT harmless, we say it is harmless but it isn't, all the proof we have is our own opinion, no scientists proved that Marijuana is harmless. I dont wanna start a war here, just giving my opinion and I want to see what you guys think. If you think Marijuana IS harmless, post proof and facts to back it up. Thnx Have a nice day ppl

I agree with the threadstarter. Marijuana is not harmless. Anything can be abused. Everybody is different.

Now, as to marijuana's harm as compared to other substances...Yeah, I would have to say this is one of the more benign substances on this earth.

No death attributable to marijuana...Since forever...Check out all the articles stickied (and the references contained within) for some of the science.

Check out this for some of the scientific research done.
There is plenty of research, solid scientific research showing benefits of marijuana, you just have to look for it. Luckily, there are websites around that help compile all that info in one place. Places like...Here.

lol why would I be against you if I do Marijuana too? I don't do it often but yeah sometimes, I'm just saying...it isn't harmless like everyone says it is that's all.

Why should we do all your research for you? If you want to know if the lies are true and you want to know if it is harmless, start reading. Do your own research. It is out there. Those of us that believe it to be harmless have already done our reading and learning ourselves.

There are also people conducting "researches" that claim the fluoride in your water wont do anything to you.

I say smoking Marijuana is more harmful than not smoking anything. Smoking anything will damage the lungs....so Marijuana isn't harmLESS.

I don't like the question, in all honesty. Running or jogging is not harmless. Walking is not harmless. Eating is not harmless. Everything has the potential to be harmless.

Cannabis is one of the safest substances on earth. Just because you assume everyone smokes it doesn't mean the substance itself is harmless. It's safer than many of the foods you eat (even a potato can kill you...). We've done our research, years of it. I've read just about every pro and con about cannabis, but I also like to research the source. What's their motive, who are the benefiting from by telling me what they tell me? I put "No," because in the grand scheme of things, it's really not harmful at all.

Even a potatoe can kill me...LOL! That was funny man but yeah it's true, basically anything can kill you these days, some things just happens to do the job faster then others, I'm not a scientist or anything, but I do think that weed harms you...even if it is less then other drugs, but it still harms you, don't know how and I can't prove it, but my PERSONAL opinion is that it does harm you, just less then other drugs like heroin crack etc. And I also find it addictive lol...last week I got stoned 3 days in row after 2-3 years without taking a hit! it was tuesday through thursday, on friday I wanted to do it again, I don't know it makes me wanna smoke it on the next day, but I defenetly know how to control these feelings
