| When I registered to vote here after we moved I registered as "Choose Not To State" a party. I'm kinda freakish about labels. peace

| I registered to vote when I was 17 (you are allowed to register the day after the final election or primary day before you turn 18 in Pennsylvania). I have voted in every election, primary, and special election, except for one, since then, and I just turned 41. The one time I had just moved, and registered a week too late to vote in the election. If you don't vote, you can't complain with any moral authority, if you ask me (bitch that I be). ![]() But politically I am practically a right-winger compared to most of you folk. I am a partisan Democrat. ![]() |

| you won't be able to buck the two party monopoly unless, perhaps, a point system is developed (say 5 for first choice, 3 for second etc.). Besides, I can't see myself voting for a career politician that doesn't want his Congressional voting record scrutinized. A man who didn't show for over 70% of his intelligence commitee meetings. A man who voted to gut our intelligence gathering ability. A man who voted against our national defence missle system. A man who wants to take away our tax rebates and raise taxes. A man(hero??!) who spent about the shortest stint in Vietnam, then came back stateside to bad mouth our troops. A man (along with Jane Fonda) honored in a Vietnamese war museum? For, perhaps, treason against the United States? A man who has never held a job, is worth over a billion dollars, earns in excess of $150,000, has a 45 million dollar jet and 6-7 multi million dollar homes? Bush ain't the best but, once we win some Supreme Court decisions concerning our beloved plant and he's put in his place, he should mellow out. |

| Yes I am registered to vote. This will be my first time voting in an election. I am currently registered as nonpartisan, mostly because I don't like labels. ![]() |

| No, I'm not registered to vote in the US, but this was in an email alert I got from Alternet so I thought I'd post it as an FYI. Are You Really Registered to Vote? Think you're registered to vote? You may be wrong! Recently MoveOn checked public voter files in some key states, and found up to 30% of MoveOn members were not registered. Although almost all of us think we are registered, there are lots of things that can happen in the process. Luckily, there's a simple solution to this problem: Register. Make sure you're not turned away from the voting booth on Nov. 2, by registering now. It takes less than five minutes. Your Vote Matters
