Love em or hate em, they're here to stay. But, there is a way around them.

I am curious though how much of a nuciance you find the ads to be. Have ya ever clicked on just in support? Would you prefer to not have any ads? Would ya pay a small fee for it?

So, how bad do ads suck?

I hate the ads, but since I'm on staff here I get the ad-free interface. Non-staff can get it for a really nominal charge. It's well worth it.

Back before coming on staff I would click on an ad every visit. I would never actually read the site, but I would let the window open and then close it.

I've always considered them a necessary evil. Well worth the subscription price to get the adless interface, imho.

For those who didn't know, registered members of Marijuana.Com and HempCultivation can help support the sites they visit by subscribing to any of the available subscriptions to the Adless Interface.

I believe only registered Members can actually see that page, so let me see if I can duplicate some of it here...

It is my pleasure to be able to offer you all this service and to the staff, this service is a "perk". Staff are added to the Lifetime membership in the Adless Interface.

We've had a few people, mostly from HempCultivation.Com, sign up. Those were mostly lifetime subscriptions and were more of a donation by the subscriber than anything.

The page really does load faster

Registered Members can subscribe to the Adless Interface at

Seeing the ads never bothered me too much (except the really flashy ones), though the slow down of browsing because of them did. I used to click on them every once and a while out of curiousity.

Smile no popups please

The ads are ok, especially if they pay the freight. OK, the "bubble jays" ad is a little tacky. Kind of remind me of candy cigarettes and "big league chew." Just don't place popup ads here at mj dot com. I really hate those things...

I don't even remember what an ad looks like Seriously though, it's well worth the money not to have them, you have NO idea what you're missing

Thumbs up I love the ads/

OK, OK, OK... There it was, way down there at the very bottom, the lone choice without any supportėrs and known in some circles as "I love the adds." Well, we can't have that. If things are more inclusive, then greater are the chances our meds will become accepted by the mainstream medical community. Remember, our medicine is not only for the really, really hip, cool and wealthy among the populous, although some may tend to think that while traipsing along the pathways of the celestial spheres, but, more often than not, those who are somewhat uptight, stress-absorbed or simply distanced from the humanity which surrounds them might do well to partake of the herb so as to gain a better understanding of the nature of the medication.

So now I say to you, "let there be ads," and spread the word for like-minded personages, in order to satiate and placate the hunger of the common web-surfer for valuable, life-saving information about this, our lifeline to sanity.

The only reason i voted against the ads was because i ordered something from the herbal smokeshop and it took 3 weeks to get to me even though i paid an extra $3.99 on top of the $7.99 shipping and handling just for a $2.95 item!! It ticked me off royally. So, needless to say, i will not be ordering from those bass-turds anymore. Redd
