dude, make a pb sangwhich and put cocoa pebbles on it and either syrup or a little bit of milk to make it not so dry, i prefer milk, and dude orgasm in the mouth =]

grape nuts all the way, if we're talking about cold cereal.

for hot cereal, it's quaker brand instant grits (original flavor) if i want something thats both really good and quick to prepare.

malt-o-meal if im both in the mood for hot cereal and have the time.

i dig both the grits and malt-o-meal with some butter and brown sugar..and call me weird, but i sometimes add a few spoonfuls of the dry coffee-mate creamer.

creamy peanut butter goes well with the hot cereals too, i've found..just stir in a fat tablespoon or two and let it melt in..mmmmmm.
