about 11 years ago for me. And yeah it seems a bit odd the polls rarely match the titles.

I'd say about 17 or 18 years ago. First hit, as I remember it, was at a friend of a friends house during a small party. I'm just sittin there not knowing anyone and feeling kind of out of place, when look out, some nameless person hands me a 3' acrylic bong (you know the one), so I thought to myself "Fuck it, might as well give it a try" so I just did what I saw everyone else doing. All the sudden all these nameless people were friends and I was high as shit. I don't regret it for a minute,

I've been toking for about 10 years.

My first time, I was at a party and a friend of mine said, "Hey, man, wanna go smoke?", so I'm thinking that he's wanting to go have a cigarette. I told him sure, and we walked outside behind the tree house (I was wondering why we were hiding to smoke a cigarette). I was pretty drunk at the time, so he lights it up and I still think it's a cigarette. At this point I'm wondering why in the hell he hasn't handed me one. Are we to share the same cigarette?! When he passes it to me, I realize that it is indeed a cigarette. A LEFT-HANDED one!

I decided, what the hell, I'll try it. I got blitzed! I've heard people say they didn't get high their first time, but that was not the case with me.

Started toking everyday a few years later and have yet to slack up, except for one incident involving me almost dying and alcohol, quit for a few months after that.

Started back and am strictly a pot smoker now.

i started smoking in 2000 prolly like september when i was a freshman. then i stopped for 2 years when i was 16 to about 17 and in may 2003 i started smoking again. and have been preety much everyday. and ya.
