I totally know how you feel. This would happen to me a lot too. My dealer is just all around a selfish person, so I am not suprised that he rips me off. Now I have a new source, and I am finally getting what i pay for.
If he calls you just say something like, "I paid you $50 and I got $30 worth of weed.. I am seeing if a friend of mine can sell me some". He might say he didn't realize.. and then never do it again, who knows. He probably just assumed you wouldn't notice, or realize.. now that you have, he hopefully won't do it anymore. But check the weed before you give him the money next time. Perhaps ask him to weigh it out for you. It's good business.

that happened to me one time paid 150 for a half O, which is standard street price in my area, and recived a quarter ounce, well i marched up to his house since he lived down the street and got my money, and his mom asked if i was over there about a drug deal, well yes i was

he never tried it again, dont buy from him anymore, straight rip off i get almost medical quality for 10 on tha gram, and less when i buy larger amounts

What I would do before a dry spell is buy a lot, and then when the dry spell is here, you are the only person in town with a lot of good weed, and the rest of the guys are wishing that they where you. But it looks like you are too late. I say since the price is doubled, save up and when the price is at it's lowest (harvest season, late autumn.) get a oz or 2. Save up while you have that bag, only to buy after it is out, and when harvest season comes next year, buy a pound of weed. Or, do what I do, grow your own. Anyway we are way more casual about our weed, since it doesn't cost a fortune like for you guyes in the states, here we get a nice solid bankie (an eight) for $2 for low end mids, $3.5 for high end mids, $4 for lower end dank, and $6 for high end dank. For total one hit shit we have to pay $10 a gram, since there is only one person in town with it, and he doesn't grow a lot of it, mostly just for himself, but since he is my friend I get a discount. ($8 a gram, free top leaves and 1 bankie per plant, not to mention I smoke with him every weekend, plus any seeds he gets he keeps 1/2 of it and I get the other 1/2, so that I can grow them.)

Next time you pick up brang a cheap postal scale with you and ask how much are you giving me then weigh it out before you pay (just hang the bag from the clip and the arrow will show you the weight) I have done this before and gottn better results, but remember it is a buyers market when it comes to weed, any chance you have of growing 2-3 plants indoors might fix you're problem as well.
