I'll rank these methods/devices on MY personal scale. The first being my first choice, and the last being my last choice.

I like glass, and I like the smoke being cooled/filtered by water. It allows me to take bigger hits and I get high faster.

Today however, I rolled 2 reeeeealy nice jays because it's clear and sunny out. I'm going to go for a "senic" drive or maybe a walk in the woods. These are very portable and once finished, there is no remaining evidence.

The method or device you use will depend on your situation and what kind of experiance you want. If you have enough herb, you can try em' all!
