Maybe this is out of line, but out of curiosity, are you having a good life? Prompted by a post by someone who I unfortunately can't remember in the I'm bored thread, I decided to enquire. How would you rank your life on a scale of the even numbers from 1 (2) to 10. Please, no jokes, I want this to be serious. If you think you have a good life, put a high number. If you think you have a bad life, put a low number.

The only reason I use only even numbers is because I don't think I'll get enough replies. I would end up with 1 for each number.

I had to vote for 10, as should anyone with a roof over their head and a fridge full of food. Sure, I may not have everything I want but my problems are petty compared to other poorer parts of the world.

I chose 8, there was no 9 so it had to be 8. My life is pretty good. I enjoy pretty much every minute of it. ( unless I stub my toe or something like that. Then that takes like a good 5 minutes away from being enjoyable. )

Well, I'm home from college for the summer. But I'm not really home, because my parents moved after I graduated HS, so I've now been in a town where I know no one and can't seem to find a job for two months now. But on the plus side, it's hilariously easy to get weed around here, so at least I can be stoned and lonely

With the exception of finances and health, I have achieved in 41 years what I would consider the closest thing to perfection I could dream of.

A beautiful woman who is the mother of my children and enjoys...the physical pleasures in life.

A home big enough to house our 4 rugrats and ourselves, in a rural setting, with the possibility of owning our first house in the next year or two...

All the weed I can smoke, almost all the time. Better quality than the commercial B.S. around here (so everybody tells me).

Took a lot of hard work and a decade or two of despair, but I got lucky or stubborn or something.

I voted 10. Compared to last year, it's 100 times better. I live with my dad, smoke whenever I want, have a smokin gf, got everything else I've ever wanted. So I'm quite content at this time.

It depends on what day it is. As of right now, Id say its around a 5. I have good friends, get good grades, pretty well off in terms of money, so I really do have a lot to be thankful for. But lately my mind has been troubling me. I cant sleep at night. When I close my eyes much of the time I see someone staring back at me, or some random grotesque image. But most of all, I blew it with another girl. Another girl I had a chance to get with. I blew it. That depresses me the most. Usually I can shrug it off and get over it. For some reason, this one hurts more than average. Fvck.
