ISn't growing a felony? I'm pretty sure that it is in California.

Plus, we got that nice little 3 strikes law which the voters of this state decided to uphold. To sumarize the law:

3 felonies= automatic life prison sentence.

So, no, growing is not an ideal situation.

Up here, growing for the purpose of trafficking is a felony. Growing for personal use is not a big deal at all. It's a small fine and the cops take your plants.

Come on though... you shouldn't be commiting 3 felonies anyway. But yeah the fact that it is automatic is a bit messed up but I think your prior crimes should be taken into account when determining your sentence.

the life sentance for three felonies, is for commiting a felony three different times. Right or just for three or more felonies?

I wish I could grow but I dont have the room or privacy to. So I guess I'll have to wait untill its legalized, however long that may take.

grow indoors dirt or hydro it's tough but worth it. grow just enough for you and share with friends. I've been doing it for 6yrs now and have shown several friends also. we don't sell and will never sell sharing is the true spirit of pot. a small room or large closet will work. seperate into 2 areas one grow one bud. get seeds or starts if possible grow till big enough to take cuttings choose a plant for a "mother" and put the others into bud. now when the plants are ready to harvest cut them and put new plants into bud to replace and take new cuttings for grow. 3-5 plants in each room is plenty if done right you can be cutting fresh bud weekly. most importantly SHARE DON'T SELL
we can take it off the streets ourselves put the dealers out of business do more in the war against drugs than billions of tax dollars.
