I've grown it 2 or 3 times thanks to seed banks having the strains i wanted. It was some of the best pot i ever smoked

For now i just buy it. It's different if you have clones or somethin and you have a good setup that allows you to harvest pot every few weeks, but if you grow from seed it takes a few months. Unless you bought it during that time you would be without any smoke while waiting for the plants to reach harvest.

Some people are in fear of growing pot and they have every right to be, if you get caught growing on your property, even if it's a little plant, you could still lose your house and everything if your busted. The key to it is to not tell anyone, no matter who it is. If you live with your parents though, they have every right to know about it because it's their ass on the line if you were to get raided.

Guerilla growing is a good method if you can't grow on your land but if you do that in the woods somewhere, the only thing you have to worry about is animals eating the plantas or other people finding your plants and either calling the cops or stealing them.

I used to buy but hated paying so much and getting so little. Taking out the cost of lights and nutrients. I've paid about $150 a month in power for a year ($1800) and grown atleast two pounds of primo buds. That's about 2.5oz a month for $150. You can't beat growing. I wish everyone could grow. It's fun!

I buy it simply because it's easier. I still live with my dad so growing is definitley not an option. Plus it's quite expensive and definitley alot of work. I like the whole instant gratification thing, so i definitley go with buying for now. However, in the future when i have my own place i will definitley experiment with growing my own.

I buy but we are growing some plants right now. They are little shoots but they are probably going to die as winter hits us.

Both. I grow my own indoors and can usually maintain an almost continual harvest by having one growcab with compact flouros for the vegative stage and then my flowering growcab with HPS. Sometimes due to various reasons I'll end up in the middle of a grow and dry so I have to buy some but its no big deal.

Also about lack of space/$$; you can grow in really tiny places and just train or prune your plants, people grow inside speakers and computers all the time...

Yeah, I just finished off a few week dry spell, waiting for my plants to become smokeable.

Had to get some work done on the house, so the grow had to come down for a bit until I quit having people walking through the house/grow area.

I decided in 2004 though, that no matter how dry I am, I would never buy another commercial bag again. I would just wait until the next harvest.

Haven't bought one since.
