the paper is similar to zig zags, thin tissue paper. people dont smoke them just to say they did.

It may look similiar to zig-zag paper, but from what I've been told, is much harsher and burns rather poorly. Mishiro said it was almost a blackish smoke....no zig zag I have ever used has burned black. Aside from that, who really knows how many different chemicals you are inhaling. yes, the blank pages may not have ink on them, but paper found in books, and I persume the bible, is often treated with a myrid of chemicals, tto cobat yellowing and whatnot. I still think its a poor idea, especially, unlike the papers you buy, you actually have no clue what you are inhaling. I'm thinking many of the chems would likely be toxic, or at the very minimum, aweful tasting. I still fail to see the point when so many other methods are avaialable. use real zig-zags....I know you people can spare a buck or two for some decent papers!!

Well, we haven't been to church for a while, but we do believe in God. Just trying to sort things out, probably like a lot of people are when it comes to religion and science. Anyway, even though I am still pondering, I would never, ever consider using a page of the Bible to roll a joint or blunt. I do feel the Bible is holy word. I won't harm a Bible, throw one out, or deface one in any way. I guess I feel I'd get it later. God: "What the hell were you thinking!" ::shakes head:: "Vicki, you have done some doozies, but this tops them all..." As I stand there looking all pitiful. LOL Hey, it probably wouldn't happen, but why take the chance?

lol well i smoked a joint from the page in psalms i think it is where they mention the holy herb or something of that nature once. it was with my buddy and we really didn't have anything else to smoke out of so we thought of trying that. he felt super bad about it later on but i didn't really see it as anything too bad. i mean i know some people would think of it as the holy word, but i guess when it gets down to it, it's mostly just a book. i mean sure the words can be special but it's just paper in a book you know. as for the toxic chemicals thing, i'm sure you're right about that troublemaker, i'm pretty sure whoever manufactured the pages in a bible didn't have safe smoking in mind lol...

Hey, it's sorta like this in reguards to using a page from the bible to roll a fatty....Ask your self this. Would you take our American flag off it's pole, roll it up and burn it? I wouldn't and I would hope you wouldn't either. Although our US Gov sucks we still have to keep our pride in check if for no other reason, for the troops over there doing a damn good job. And you know they'er hateing life right now. Keep some things close to your heart two of them being your Bible and our flag.

I'd burn a flag in a New York Times minute if I had reason to. I am grateful for my freedom, but have no pride in the flag (like a gang sign or color). Burning the flag is not burning freedom, burning the bible is not burning the Lord.

No, burning a flag isn't burning freedom, and no, smoking a bible blunt is not burning the Lord. However, a flag (our flag, anyway) is a SYMBOL of freedom, just as the Bible is a SYMBOL of God. Why burn either unless you have reason to hate what they symbolize? Personally, I do not hate the ideals of freedom, nor do I hate the basic principals of the bible. therefore, I won't be burning any flags or bible blunts. To me, such an act is symbolic as well.......by burning either of the things mentioned, you are showing no respect for the ideals behind them. In fact, you are showing extreme disrespect, and IMO, showing you hate what is symbolized by the object. Others can do as they choose, but count me out of your next flag and bible burn session, as I strongly disagree with the idea of either.
