Default Who is the SMARTEST stoner alive?

Hello! I'm new here so i hope this thread hasn't been started before. I was discussing it the other day with some friends: who can we consider the most intellectually powerful human being today who is also an acknowledged smoker of grass? And i suggest we only limit our choices within these three criteria:

1) they must be public figures of any kind (artists, activists, scientists, social leaders, etcetera...) --meaning, it could get boring if everyone starts posting about people like: "my cousin Pedro, who can recite 'Marriage of heaven and hell' backwards after a gravity bonghit"...

2) they must be alive, so unfortunately we can't vote for masters like Terence McKenna, Timothy Leary, William Burroughs...

3) and they must be acknowledged stoners, i.e. people who have publicly declared to smoke pot.

My own vote:

Antonio Escohotado, the Spanish philosopher who has tried himself over 100 different drugs, written encyclopedias and books on the subject of drugs, helped to draft Spain's highly progressive marijuana decriminalization act (thanks to which people in Spain can now legally grow a limited number of plants at home for personal consumption), has also books on topics like philosophy, political theory, aesthetics, and declared that he still smokes one hash pipe every evening...Quite a father figure for us latino stoners.

Cheers!

Snoop Dogg, who has made major contributions to the destruction of the Enlish language. His influence has been broadus-reaching, as even my middle-aged WASP father has been quoted as saying "foshizzle". To destroy the great language of Shakespeare, Hemingway, Dickens, Fitzgerald... what could be more brilliant?

Ok, lets see......I am an artist. I have published 2 books. I think I am alive....::checks pulse::....yup, I'm still alive. On the third thing, well, I have told a lot of people, publically, that I smoke marijuana for medical reasons. And I hold my head high telling them. But, I probably don't count.

Well, according to some new archeological research projects, there's a big chance Shakespeare may have tried pot or even cocaine in his time. They made tests on a pipe that was found at his house and found remnants of hash, nicotine and cocaine, i think. There's a sonnet on which he talks of some "weed" that brings out "dreamy states" or something like that, which could be related to pot, or maybe opium...

Here's a review on those research projects...
