I was just wondering how often everyone changes their pipe screens and water (if applicable)?

I use a vaporizer with a whip. I clean my glass whips every week. One is usually soaking in alcohol while I am using the other. I don't change the stainless steel screen every week. I do that every 3-4 weeks.

I change the water in my pipes a lot- I do that almost every time I use a bong or bubbler. I like the water to be fresh and cold.

I have pipes I keep clean and others I'll let go awhile before I clean them. Usually the ones I don't use very often are kept clean.

I clean the pipes I use all the time about once a week.

True, I love clean glass!

I hate it when I'm over at someone I don't know's house and I get passed this brown and black muddy watered bong that looks like it is a self-contained ecosystem for mold and mildew... I'm like- holy shit that is disgusting...

It takes 5 minutes to clean a bong if you keep them clean I can clean 5 in a half hour if they aren't really dirty

No doubt TC. LOL. It is probably the easiest thing in the world to do, but for those who don't know how to clean out your bong, here is some help.

Fastest way: Pour out the old water, rinse, and refill. Total time <1 min.

Cleanest way:
Step 1: Pour out the old water.
Step 2: Refill with HOT water.
Step 3: Add about 1 TBSP of Epson or rock salt to the hot water.
Step 4: Cover any openings and vigorously shake to disolve the salt.
Step 5: Pour out the hot water.
Step 6: Rinse (and wash with warm, soapy water if desired).
Step 7: Dry and refill with water (and ice if desired).
Step 8: Enjoy!

i like to keep my bong water at least kind of clear, but i don't clean my pipe at all unless i have no weed and want to smoke resin.

I would have to be pretty hard up to smoke the resin. I guess to each his own but damn... that is bad off!
