So the other night I'm watching TV with my friend when i see a commercial for KFC's newest concotion: The Cheesy Chicken Mashed Potato Bowl (yes- it's even more annoying when you say it out loud). It starts off with fried chicken pieces, topped off with corn, followed by mashed potatoes AND gravy, then sprinkled with cheddar cheese (or something like that). Now I've eaten some fucked up stuff before when I had the munchies, but i don't think i could do this.

I'm not sure about those. I've seen the commercials too. I don't think I like the ingredients, especially the layer of corn, blah. I love corn, but not like that. I might eat it if I were really hungry, maybe.

I love those things!! I tried one the other day, and they were great! Of course, I had them add white gravy instead of brown gravy...I can't stand brown gravy.

Maybe if I was stranded in the middle of the ocean with nothing else for food.... I might use it as bait. That sounds really gross. Why don't they just shove it all in a blender while they're at it?
Edit: Wow, I'm surprised it actually tastes good; it sounds pretty nasty but who knows?

I haven't had one yet, but everytime I see the commercial I'm thinking "that's a weird combination, but yet sounds tasty"

If you like all the ingredients it shouldn't be bad at all. Usually, when I eat KFC I dip my chicken strips in mashed potatoes and gravy anyway. All they did was add a little corn and cheese in there too, which sounds good to me.

Reminds me of when I used to order one of the Philly Cheesesteak pizza's from Domino's. If you didn't know...it comes with like a melted cheese under the toppings and the white cheese on top. Well I'd always request pizza sauce on there in addition to the melted cheese sauce. One time I had a phone person ask "are you stoned or something" when I ordered one, and I just laughed cause I was.

The corn and cheese is what scares me. Though I like corn and cheese in Mexican food....

I don't think it goes together very well...and I really don't like corn....maybe if I was really really stoned and there was nothing else. But I would have to try to pick out the corn

Well if I do have corn, I usually mix it up with the mashed potatoes on my plate anyways, and the chicken sounds reasonable enough. The cheese is kinda scary, but I love cheese so I don't think it would be a problem. Hopefully the commercial dusnt do it justice and it turns out to b really good.
