My mom says she tried it in college and it gave her a headache and made her dizzy...I don't know about my dad...I know he doesn't now, but I wouldn't feel comfortable asking him if he ever tried it, we're not close like that

I wish the OP had the option of choosing a parent...my parents, like many, are divorced...my Dad smokes with me occasionally but my Mom never does it...

My parents are divorced and my mother quit around the time of the divorce but my father still lights up daily, but weve never really talked about it...

Dad's a chronic who grows his own and doesn't smoke it in front of us, but did identify it to us at a young age and we occasionally walk out onto the porch and he's smoking his waterpipe.

Mom used to when she was with my dad and younger. She doesn't talk about it (except when we first learned about dad and then asked her) and I'm 99 % sure she doesn't do it anymore.

My dad never has and never will and my mom tried it in college but is dead set against it now.

Smoked with my mom twice (scary experience) and my dad once. I don't think that either of them would smoke out now, but my mom didn't really care and my dad isn't involved in my life

I can't wait until my kids smoke (around 14 or so)...it'd be a great thing to just go and pinch a bud off of my son's sack and be all:

"dude, i MADE you so I think that you owe me this weed..."

but he'll probably be pinching off mine in all reality

this isnt a poll on whether they care or not. my dad smokes massive amounts of herb (secretly but everyone in my family knows and doesnt care)but if he caught me toking he would still flip. I don't think my mom smokes but one time when i was looking for a lighter in her room and i saw a pack of screens but i don't like going through my parents personal stuff so im not sure.
