Definetly room temp. I may have to try frozen just to see though. I think I had pop tarts every morning when I was in High School. I always liked the frosted strawberry.

Try freezing the Ice Cream sunday ones. That's f'uckin delicious.

I definitley prefer room temperature poptarts. Much better then when they get all hot and falling apart. yuck

When I did warm it up I put a little butter on the frosting, it melts right in....thats the only way to eat them warm.
Other than that room temp is the norm.
I didn't even know they had an ice cream sunday flavor one, guess thats the one I will try frozen then.
