At one time in this country, we had a military draft. You still have to go to register for it when you hit a certain age, so here's my question to one and all, even you ladies, if you were drafted and called upon to serve your country, would you go?

Would you serve in your countries armed forces, or would you seek other way's to continue your life?

What's it gonna be......

I guess it really all depends on how much my current way of life were threatened. I personally don't feel too much of a threat is posed by any conflict going on in the world today.

Nope no way! I support our armed forces 100% but I would never and could never go and fight for this country...now, my basis for this is in MY lifetime the wars I have seen and are able to comprehend are...Desert Storm and Iraq.

So, hell no.

It depends on the war- If it was another Iraq, where our country had no real threat, I'd bail-

On the other hand, If we faced a REAL threat (WW3?) and our country was actually in danger, I'd be down to go.
