I have a friend who stores his stuff in a pball pod as well but I don't consider it airtight because the smell of it gets out.


Jack_Torrance: Are those jars smell proof? I just got a bong and I'm trying to think of a good storage solution for it. Thanks.

I use a ziploc plantic container, with my papers, rolling machine, and grinder inside along with my weed double-bagged inside ziploc bags. Keeps it pretty fresh for me.

i put my weed in a small glass jar i have, it was for jelly. its about an inch and a half high, inch across. small, hold about 2-3 grams grinded. i use it for grinded bud

ya pretty much, but i dont think they would work well for a bong at all, it would just rattle around in there and not be protected at all. bong ususally dont smell too bad as long as you get all the nasty water out before you put it away

ok this shit is amazing. i was blazed off my ass one night and was trying to find a way to keep my weed as fresh as possible. so i came up with some ideas and finally figured out that i take a household sponge, wet it up a little bit (be sure to wring it out so that its only a little damp). the i cut some holes in the sponge and put my weed in it. by the way i just bought this weed and it was mad fresh like right off the plant so it was perfect. so i wake up the next morning and check on my weed and its still perfect. i was like dawg fa sho. once you put your weed overnight in a sponge all you need to do is keep it in an air tight container or something itll stay damp trust me.

Or you can leave an orange slice in your container for a day or two. Or a small piece of damp paper towel....

There are much better ways than putting it in a damp sponge.

I wasn't sure if a sponge would work, I know you can do that with cigars, but I thought it might make it too wet. I'll give that a try.
I'm not too conserned with hiding my stash, It's just my girl and I here and we don't keep too much in the apartment. I just keep it out of sight incase someone comes to the door, which rarely happens.

well as long as you wring it out decently itll do awesome. and by the way i tried it all different ways and it does the same exact thing it just depends on how you feel like storing it i guess.

I put mine in a baggie or zip lock in this about 4 inch high opening at the back of my 60 watt guitar amp. Rents never look there. I also put my altoids ask tray there, along with a tick-tack container rapped with masking tape for my half-used joints. i also put small strips of masking tape along the top piece, so it's close to air tight.
