Hard choice. I'd miss hearing music and stuff. But I'd also miss seeing things.

I heard people that are blind that are able to have an out of body experience are able to see then.

I would have to say deaf.Thats not to say one sense is more important than another,seems to me if you can see,the remaining senses compensate,and all else naturally falls into place.Like,if you can see,all else is easier,maybe.
