Smile Lower tolerance

I used the search engine and couldnt find any directly realting to the topic but what are some tips to lower your tolerance other than drink lots of water? Thanks

Drinking water doesn't really do anything...there aren't really any shortcuts. Some say exercising helps but time is the biggest helper in this situation.

yeah, i'd say if ya got a time machine go 2 weeks ahead and get ripped cause time is the only thing that I know of

Definitely time... I've been on a two-and-a-half month break which will be ending soon (I just got a job), and I know I'm going to get RIPPED when I first light up.

But, logically, I would say that exercising would not help speed the process of lowering tolerance. THC is stored in fat cells, true, but when you exercise you're not reducing the percentage of THC in your fat cells, just the actual amount. Plus, I have no idea if that even would affect tolerance at all, because as far as I know the THC isn't active by the time it gets to your fat cells. I would think that tolerance would have to do with saturation of the brain in THC. In fact, exercising might actually slow the process, as when we exercise our body produces cannabinoids, which would return to fill up those cannabinoid receptors in the brain. But THAT'S pure speculation. I really have no idea precisely how tolerance is lowered. Just that time does it.

Want to lower your tolerance; just quit for a while. I go for about 5-7 days then when I hit the mary jane it's life in the high lane. Take even maybe 3 days or so and you'll notice a difference.
