I most definitely a DOG person, as a matter of fact I used to be very anti-cat, but my office is by a dairy and there are a bunch of strays that live around there and over the years they have grown on me to the point where I have named the ones that are regulars, and even leave food out for them. I even made a kitty tease out of an old fishing pole, a string and a feather.

I'm an animal lover overall, but I prefer my cats over my dog. I have 6 cats and only one dog.

My dog is awesome, but nothing beats snuggling up with a kitty. And with 6 cats you can always find one who wants to cuddle.

My family has two black cats, and we just got a new kitten! I'm really excited to see the little guy every time I come home from school. It's kinda sad, though, because every time I'm home he's a little bit bigger. He is a riot, always tries climbing up the back of the couch and then jumping onto a chair from there. My mom gave him an empty Pepsi box to play with, he likes to "hide" in there and jump out and attack your feet when you walk by.

Kittens are amazing!

I love dogs but am more a cat person. I am not home a lot and dogs require too much attention for my lifestyle. The cat seems content only seeing me a few hours a day. As long as she has food, water and a clean litter box she does not care if I'm home or not.

I like dogs for their loyalty and companionship, but I've always liked cats a little more because I think they are more interesting.

I have a ten year-old Australian Cattle Dog named Bullet and a calico cat named
Sam(antha). I have to say out of the two I definitely prefer the cat.

Why?

Cats don't always care what you're doing. Cats sometimes have their own pressing business that you don't even understand. They disappear for hours at a time, possibly into some other dimension.

Whenever I get high and think about what my dog would sound like in my head, he sounds like Brian from Family Guy but much more dumb. Or maybe the big guy from Of Mice And Men. Not exactly an intellectual peer or anything.

On the other hand, cats are really chill and have really interesting, complex purrsonalities. (Sorry, stoned and can't resist.) I like the fact that they consistently act like they know more than you do at any given time. They're just all mysterious and sneaky, like house ninjas. They're so much badassery in a small fuzzy package, it's ridiculous.

I love my dog, but I love the cat more. If someone I fell in love with was allergic to the dog, I would probably give the dog away. If someone I fell in love with was allergic to cats, that would a dealbreaker. I have to have at least one around.

Love me, love my cat.

I despise cats. There is only one in the world that I don't mind and that is my aunt's. That is only because I have been around that thing since I was really young. But besides that, dogs kick ass!
