I love cheese. Now that we have that covered,

Velveeta I only use for nachos. It makes great and fast nachos, and the cheese is very oozy and less stringy/stretchy.

Kraft (singles or otherwise) is good for sandwichs, or making quick cheese/salsa quesodillas. It isn't good for much else.

IMO both of these selections are really crappy cheese, but we have a wide selection of cheese at my house - both expensive good shit, and the processed 'cheese'. I enjoy both varieties, but of these two - velveeta because with the quick n' delicious nachos & dip choices.

I chose Kraft b/c I thought you meant real Kraft cheese...so, Real Kraft Sharp Cheddar cheese ftw with my homemade mac and cheese...you haven't tasted the homemade stuff until you have tasted mine!!!

I like velveeta, it's just so cheesy, slice up some keilbasa in there and you're golden.

That was my first thought. The best mac&cheese I've ever had was homemade with velveeta cheese, among a few others. The blue-box stuff is kind of gross.

I went with Velveeta

I love mixing it with some Rotel, or refried beans for some quick and delicious chip dips!!! Thats what I use on grilled cheese sandwiches too.

We used it to catch trout when I was a kid too, they love it.
