Default which one is better

the real thing or substitutes. i love to get high and all but dont you think maybe it would be safer to find a great substitute that is not illegal until we can get marijuana legalized. im sure there are a thousand bad substitutes but there must be atleast one good one. any info would be great!

I'm not sure what a substitute would be.. Alcohol is legal, but it's a bazillion times worse for you than marijuana. Some people get the "legal buds", but anyone I know that's tried them say that they are crap.

I can't remember who, and I couldn't find the quote, but someone once said something to the effect of.. "the most dangerous part of marijuana is the fact that it's illegal"..

Before you go looking for that magic solution, be sure to look over the federal analog act, anything the emulates the effects of another drug can be considered illegal if possessed for that purpose. Also this seems off-topic.

I was about to mention the Federal Analog Act, but Noeone beat me to it...

Anyway, you should do what you feel is right, but for me - Marijuana is enough. And the dangers associated with it, legally? Not enough to deter me, personally.

Dont waste your money on those legal buds site, its basically just a piece of shit grown from some kind of plant. They do not get you high, and taste like shit. Besides prescription pills (which are legal if they are prescribed to you, but if they are you most likely arnt taking to get high) there is alcohol, there are a few website around that offer legal exactly and stuff but i really dont know how that works of if it is even legal. Salivia Divinorium is fun to try once, but it gets lame real quick and doesnt feel like weed. basically the answer to your question is no, there are no legal substitutes to marijuana.

Most perscription pain pills are highly addictive, and this is definitely not a safe alternative.

Are you serious? Don't you think that, if there was a decent legal alternative to marijuana, people would be using it instead of risking their freedom and future using the real thing?

Statements like that are normally understood as "all illegal drugs are fun." Which is one of the reasons that marijuana smokers are understood to be "druggies" rather than people who are simply using a substance that's illegal, and while trying to get the archaic laws on the subject reformed.
