| When I "gym" I rarely bench press anymore. Their are plenty of other lift techniques that work those muscles better than a bench press and I really don't like the whole "well I can bench ###" cocky meathead attitude. But to answer your question all 3...depending on what I'm working at and what other lifts I have done already, but preacher curls are my favorite.

| yeah cuz at the gym theres rarely ever anyone doing incline or decline and i remember in highschool it was mostly bench in weight training class |

| My routine doesn't include bench presses, but I guess I should. I do loads of push-ups just to maintain my pecs, I do a bunch of curls with 15 and 25 pound weights, and I run a mile or two on the treadmill. Anyone ever use the perfect push-ups?
