Like, exhaling into a 2 liter bottle, and then reinhaling it after you catch your breath?

Would this cause any side effects?

Is the THC still potent after its been exhaled and reinhaled?

You inhale upwards 95% of the THC n the first 2-5 seconds. It's usually closer to 100% than 95%.

Reinhaling means you're just inhaling the bad stuff again....

answering your question has nothing to do with what type of "smoking" device you use.

Its a matter of how efficient our bodies (more specifically, our lungs) are. When you breath in the smoke from a pipe, vaporizer, or bong (it doesnt matter) your lungs are capable of consuming upwards of 90% of the THC present in the smoke. So when you exhale, the answer is no, you wont be getting much from breathing in that stale smoke. If you want a crazy head rush that feels it usually works though lol

(I only said 90% because ive heard a few different percentages used. None of the percentages ive seen were ever under 90 though)

well, that will make you feel higher, not from THC but from the lack of oxygen, so dont do it.

Highly doubt it. When I exhale my vapors, theres barely enough smoke (or condensed vapor?) to see, let alone reinhale and get ripped.

Because shotguns arent inhaled by one, exhaled, then reinhaled. They are direct hits, think about it brother. You seem to be confused on what a shotgun is.
